The User Activity & Review Insights feature offers MarkUp members a clear, real-time view of who is engaging with a specific MarkUp and the status of their feedback—helping teams stay organized during review cycles.

Quick Access in the Top-Right Corner
Member-level users can see circular profile icons displaying the initials of each user who accessed the MarkUp
Hovering over these icons reveals more details, including:
Last activity date and time for that user within the MarkUp
Review completion status:
Blue tick — User has finished their review and signed off
Grey tick — User has not yet signed off
This makes it easy to identify whose feedback is still pending before the review cycle ends
Detailed Activity View
Clicking View Activity Details provides a more in-depth breakdown:
User identification: See which users have provided their email address (and will receive change notifications) versus those using only a guest name
Engagement metrics: View the number of comments each user has made to gauge activity
Comment drill-down: Click the page icon next to a user to see exactly what comments they left, providing valuable context for decision-making
Reset Review Status
When all users have signed off, but changes are made that require additional approvals, the Reset Review Status option allows you to clear all existing sign-offs. This reopens the review cycle, prompting all participants to review the updated MarkUp and provide fresh sign-off—keeping the workflow clear and repeatable.
