About
Important Things to Note
- This feature is available across Admin, Studio, Editor, and Preview, allowing users to copy and share links from all scenarios.
- Users can share experiences with existing Ceros users in the same account and users in other Ceros accounts.
- Users can also share experiences with individuals that currently do not possess a Ceros account. In this scenario, the invitee will receive an email that allows them to create a Ceros account and access the experience that was shared with them. An inviter can only invite a new user to their role level or lower. For example, a Creator can invite someone new to the experience and set the role as Creator, Editor, Reviewer, or Viewer.
- When sharing an experience with a user that didn't have access to it before, that user will only have access to the specific experience that they were invited to, not the entire project.
- If a user shares an experience with someone set as a Reviewer/Viewer role, that individual who received the share (the Reviewer/Viewer) would only have Preview access to that specific experience, as the Reviewer/Viewer role permissions do not grant Studio access.
- Inviting a new user to an experience counts toward the account seat limit. Depending on the role level (ie. Creators) and how many seats are available, inviters will be prompted with an error message if they try to invite a user that will exceed the account seat limit.
