Overview
Roles and Permissions make it easy for your entire team to collaborate on projects and experiences in your Ceros account. This allows you to tailor who in your organization has access to your Ceros content, and what those users are able to do within the Ceros ecosystem.
Roles and Their Access
Owner
The owner has access to everything within your Ceros account and is the only role that can invite other users to the account and manage user access. The owner will be able to invite users to the account, set up and manage, access all experience analytics, and have full access to the content being created within your account – whether it’s published or in progress.
There is a limited number of Owner seats available in your account.
Creators
These are the other primary seats, given to designers or marketers, who will be logging into Ceros to create content.
Can
- Access Studio
- Create experiences in Studio
- Preview experiences that are in progress
- Review analytics for published experiences and projects
- Control which layers are editable in Editor
- View the Resources page in the Ceros admin
Cannot
- Create or Delete projects
- Invite other users to the Ceros account
- Edit project access for themselves or other users
- Update any account settings / change account integrations
Creators must have access to a project in order to view/create within it.
There are a limited number of Creator seats available in your account.
Editor
Editors access and update Experiences and Templates through the Editor tool. This role is typically for non-designer team members who still need to make version updates and share experiences with end-users, but don't need to make significant changes; for example, small tweaks to sales decks or monthly newsletters.
Can
- Access Editor
- Update text and images in experiences
- Publish and share experiences updated in Editor
- View the Resources page in the Ceros admin
Cannot
- Access Studio
- Create original experiences
- Make logic, layout, or other complex changes to experiences
There is no limit on the number of Editor seats the Account Owner can add.
Reviewer
This role is best suited for users that you would like to have access to preview experiences in development, as well as the analytics after publishing. Team members for this role will likely be project stakeholders and members of your analytics team.

- View the Resources page in the Ceros admin
Cannot

This role is ideal for stakeholders that solely need to view experiences within your account. Instead of sharing individual preview links for several experiences, you can assign a ‘Viewer’ role and select which projects they will have access to view.

Cannot
