When links are shared on Facebook or LinkedIn, Open Graph (OG) tags are used to specify the title, description and image that is displayed in the post.

Adding Open Graph Tags to your Ceros Content:
To create Open Graph tags for your Ceros experience, open up your Settings Panel in the studio. From there, navigate to the ‘Social Sharing’ tab. Here, you can customize the content that will display when the standalone URL of your Ceros experience is shared on social media. You can add the title of your experience, a description, and upload an image or gif for the experience preview within the post.
When sharing your experience, Ceros will automatically use the URL of the Ceros experience for the OG URL. If you want to change the Canonical URL, you can adjust that in the ‘SEO properties’ tab of the Settings panel. If you want to set up your own vanity domain, see this article.
Test your OG Tags:
After inputting your new OG tags, it’s best practice to test these new tags to preview what your content will look like and ensure there are no errors with your post.
The sharing debugger on Facebook lets you preview what your content will look like when it’s shared to Facebook and debug any issues with your OG tags. Simply enter the URL of your Ceros experience into this Sharing Debugger tool. This shows what content is picked up via your meta tags, as well as any errors or warnings.
Once you’re happy with your preview in the debugger tool you’re ready to have your Ceros experience shared on Facebook and/or LinkedIn!
