BREAKING: The world's most premiere professional hockey league, the Ceros Hockey League (CHL), has just announced its plan to add a new team to its already competitive roster before the start of next season. What's more exciting is how the league is going about selecting the new team. The CHL plans to hold a round of pitch meetings open to the public where anyone can present their vision for the new team's location and name. Once the pitch meetings have concluded, CHL fans from around the world will cast votes for their favorite presentation and ultimately select the new Ceros Hockey League team.
This month's Creative Challenge is to create a slide deck for your new CHL team proposal in Studio or Editor using this CHL Slide Deck template. For the most part, the template is blank, so what you choose to include is entirely up to you! Though you have complete creative freedom to design the slide deck however you see fit, you must follow the guidelines below:
You must start from the provided template
Your deck must include at least 10 slides (intro slide, eight body slides, outro slide)
You must choose your team's location, name, logo, and brand colors
Your deck should include the above design elements to feel cohesive with your proposal
The goal of this challenge is to focus on applying what we discussed in The Art of the Slide Deck webinar to create an engaging deck that represents your team selection. Though not required, feel free to include any animations (for Studio users), interactions, and assets from other deck templates you'd like. Additionally, if you need help creating a team logo, try asking Gemma for ideas.
You'll have until June 6th to complete this challenge, when we hold our next Creative Challenge webinar, during which we'll celebrate everyone's submissions and hand out the Ceros Hockey League Badge to those who complete the challenge. Additionally, we'll vote on each other's submissions to declare the Ceros Hockey League Cup Badge winner for the Creative Challenge. Good luck, have fun, and take risks!
