Seismic Integration

What is Seismic? 

Seismic is a sales enablement platform designed to help sales and marketing teams deliver personalized content, streamline communication, and improve sales effectiveness. It offers tools for content management, analytics, and automation, enabling teams to create, distribute, and track sales materials efficiently. Seismic integrates with CRM systems and other tools to ensure sales reps have the right content at the right time, ultimately driving better customer engagement and revenue growth.

The "Why?" Factor

Ceros has integrated Editor with Seismic, making editing and utilizing interactive content within the sales process easier.

With this integration, sellers can now easily access and customize content on the go, allowing for more personalized and effective customer interactions. This collaboration extends Ceros' role beyond just marketing and brings it into a broader revenue-generating tech stack. It opens up new opportunities and KPIs for marketing teams to gauge content performance and effectiveness.

Setting Up the Integration

Step 1: Sending Content To Seismic

  • From the Ceros Admin go to a piece of content you want to send to Seismic. Select the Create template button within the experience's options menu to push the experience to the Template gallery.

  • Continuing in the Ceros Admin on the left-hand side click on the Templates tab. Once in the Template gallery choose which template you want to use, hover over the dotted link, and select the Add to Seismic button.

  • After you click on the Add to Seismic button you will see a Seismic library tab open up. Next, select which site and folder location for the experience and click the Add to Seismic button.

  • Next, select the View in Seismic button.

Step 2: Accessing the Template in Seismic & Editor Account Creation

  • Now that the experience is in Seismic, sellers can access the template. 

  • Once opened in Seismic, there will be a Copy & open in Ceros Editor button on the top right side of the page.

  • After clicking the Copy & open in Ceros Editor button, a new tab will open where the seller can create their new Editor account.

  • The seller will fill in the information and an email verification will be sent.

  • Once the verification is complete fill in the account details and click Continue.

Step 3: Saving & Syncing Templates to Seismic

  • Once the seller/Editor account has been created, the seller will select which folder they want the new version of the experience to save to in Seismic.

  • After selecting the folder location, Editor will open and the seller can begin to edit. 

  • Once the seller has made the unique edits, click the Sync to Seismic button.

  • Now that the changes have been made, the new copy of the edited experience will appear in the seller's Workspace.
