How to Start a Project in Flex

In Flex, you can start a project from a blank canvas or from a pre-loaded template.

Starting From a Blank Canvas

From the "Home" tab in the Ceros Admin

  1. Select the +Create button in the "Ready to start creating?" banner

  2. Select Blank canvas

  3. In the window that appears, select Use Flex

  4. Name your new project in the "Name experience" input field of the "Create new experience" window

  5. Select the Select a folder dropdown menu and choose the folder to create the project in

  6. Select the Create button

Once created, you can select Open Experience in the window that appears to drop right into Flex and start building. The new project will also be automatically added to the specified folder in your Ceros account.

From the "Experiences" tab in the Ceros Admin

When outside of a folder

  1. Select the Blank canvas button

  2. In the window that appears, select Use Flex

  3. Name your new project in the "Name experience" input field of the "Create new experience" window

  4. Select the Select a folder dropdown menu and choose the folder to create the project in

  5. Select the Create button

Once created, you can select Open Experience in the window that appears to drop right into Flex and start building. The new project will also be automatically added to the specified folder in your Ceros account.

When inside a folder

  1. Select the +Create button in the upper-right side of the dashboard

  2. Select Blank canvas

  3. In the window that appears, select Use Flex

  4. Name your new project in the "Name experience" input field of the "Create new experience" window

  5. Select the Create button

Once created, you can select Open Experience in the window that appears to drop right into Flex and start building. The new project will also be automatically added to the actively viewed folder in your Ceros account.

Starting From a Template

From the "Home" tab in the Ceros Admin

  1. Select the +Create button in the "Ready to start creating?" banner

  2. Select Template

  3. In the "Templates" gallery that appears, hover over the desired template and select View Template

  4. Select Use Template in the upper-right corner of the template window

  5. Name your new project in the "Name experience" input field of the "Create new experience" window

  6. Select the Select a folder dropdown menu and choose the folder to create the project in

  7. Select the Create button

Once created, you can select Open Experience in the window that appears to drop right into Flex and start building. The new project will also be automatically added to the specified folder in your Ceros account.

From the "Experiences" tab in the Ceros Admin
