Publishing a Flex experience makes your interactive content live, delivering optimized performance, analytics tracking, and reliable access for audiences across devices and channels.

You can publish a Flex experience from within Flex or via the Ceros Admin:

How to Publish an Experience in Flex

In the top-right corner of the Flex workspace, select Publish. Once the experience has been published, you can copy the shareable experience link or open it in a new tab from the Publish menu that appears. Anyone you distribute this link to can view your live Flex experience.

Publishing Updates in Flex

If you make changes to an experience (updating text, images, actions, etc.) after you've published it, you can make those changes go live by selecting Publish then Update. The most recent publication timestamp will appear in the Publish menu just above the Update button.

Unpublishing Experiences in Flex

If you need to take your experience offline, you can Unpublish an experience from the aforementioned Publish menu in Flex. If a user visits the experience link after unpublishing, they will see a "404 - Page Not Found" page.

How to Publish a Flex Experience via the Ceros Admin

  1. Navigate to the "Experiences" tab on the left side of the Ceros Admin dashboard

  2. Locate the folder where your Flex experience is located and open it

  4. Navigate to Manage

  5. Select Publish

  6. In the pop-up window that appears, select Publish (or Cancel if you want to cease the operation)

Once the experience has been published, you can copy the shareable experience link or open it in a new tab from the window that appears. Anyone you distribute this link to can view your live Flex experience.
