Enterprise Metrics Dashboard

The Enterprise Metrics Dashboard in Markup provides users with self-serve usage data (# of MarkUps created, total comments, resolved comments, etc.), allowing teams to track user performance and engagement with greater autonomy.

Note: This feature is currently only available for Enterprise-level MarkUp customers

Overview

The Enterprise Metrics Dashboard is only accessible to workspace admins and owners. To learn more about MarkUp user roles and permissions, click here.

In the MarkUp admin dashboard, select ‘Metrics’. In the dashboard, you can view metrics such as:

  • MarkUps created

  • Total comments

  • Resolved comments

  • Active users

Additionally, you can view metrics by setting a date range in the upper-right corner of the dashboard. Metrics for individual user activity are also accessible.

Note: Metrics data is not updated in real-time and may be delayed by one day. Data is updated daily at 1 am ET.

Exporting Metrics

Users can export metrics as CSV files from the Enterprise Metrics Dashboard for flexible data analysis, custom reporting, and integration with other business data in external applications.

To export metrics:

  • Set the ‘Date range’ you want to export metrics for

  • Select the Export CSV arrow to the right of the ‘Date range’ fields

    • Once selected, the file will be downloaded to your computer
