The answer to this question depends on the file types you want to include. If you have multiple files of the same type, such as images or PDFs, you can combine them into a single MarkUp.
However, if you have different file types, you will need to create separate MarkUps for each file type. Additionally, videos and websites require their own separate MarkUp.
