We offer two main ways to get in touch with our customer support team: live chat and tickets!
To access our live chat you can either:
Click on 'Live Chat' in the bottom right of your Workspace
Click the Chat Launcher icon (to the right of the 'Share' button) while in a MarkUp
Once you have clicked into either of the above options, you can ask our Support Bot to find a relevant article, or you can click 'Get in Touch' and select 'Live Chat' as your preferred option.
Our live chat is available during our support hours:
Monday - Friday: 3:30am to 6pm (ET)
Note: Due to the differences in DST date changes between the US and the UK, these working hours will slightly vary during periods when DST changes are not aligned as our Customer Support team is split between the US and UK.
A friendly member of our team will be in touch to assist you with any questions or issues you may have.
You can also get your queries pushed to the front of the queue by upgrading to our Pro plan, which gives you prioritized support!
If you don’t have time for an online chat, you can repeat the above steps to access the live chat but click the 'Leave a Message' option instead. From there, you'll be able to describe your issue or question in detail, and our team will respond to you as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can submit a support ticket via [email protected].
