Plans Overview
Pro
Designed for small teams with a lot of digital content. The Pro plan offers 1 Workspace, unlimited MarkUps, and 500GB of storage - all organized in Folders for easy access. Plus, you can manage share links to remove external access with the click of a button.

Note: Billed monthly ($79/month). Yearly pricing options are not available for the Pro plan.
Enterprise
This plan is for those who want unrestricted access and features. You'll get unlimited MarkUps, storage, users, and Workspaces. Divide your Workspace by team, client, or any way you see fit, and give members access to create content without worrying about security. Regarding security, we provide SOC II documentation and SSO for a hassle-free sign-in experience.

Understanding the Changes
Why Are We Doing This?
You may have noticed that we’ve removed the “Free” tier from our plan offerings. We aim to simplify our self-service pricing model while offering a top-notch creative feedback collaboration tool.
In addition to MarkUp’s rapid growth, the Free plan occasionally caused issues such as slowness or sites not loading. Our plan adjustments aim to address these challenges, allowing us to maintain high product standards.
We understand that these changes may require an adjustment for some of our customers. Rest assured that we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team.
Content Access Post-License Expiration
Here are a few important things to know if your MarkUp license expires:
Users won't be locked out of their MarkUps but will enter a locked state when viewing.
Unlicensed users can review existing MarkUps and comments but cannot create new ones or add comments to existing MarkUps.
Exporting MarkUps is currently unavailable, but this functionality is being developed and will be available soon.
If necessary, we will delete all data considered to be personal data within 3 months.
What If I Want to Pay Yearly?
Yearly pricing options are exclusively available via our Enterprise plan – select the “Get in Touch” button on the Billing page within the admin dashboard or Pricing page for more details.
