Creating in Studio with AI

AI features are seamlessly integrated into Studio and Editor, allowing users to generate text and images quickly. You can also use them to update existing text boxes – shortening, lengthening, spellchecking, translating, and more!

How to Create Text with AI

  1. Select the AI tool from the toolbar

  2. Ensure “Text” is selected in the tool window

  3. Type in your prompt and describe what you want to create (ex. “catchy header for a Q4 marketing pitch deck”), the more descriptive you are with your prompt, the better the result!

  4. Select “Generate” - the text box will then generate in the upper center of the canvas

How to Update Text with AI

Using the Contextual Toolbar

  1. Click on a text box on the canvas or in the Layers panel

  2. Select the “Edit with AI” option from the Contextual Toolbar

  3. Select one of the quick editing options – Make shorter, Make longer, etc. – the text will then update. If you have a custom revision you’d like to make, you can select the Custom Prompt option:

    1. In the window that appears, type in your prompt and describe how you want to revise the text (ex. “make this shorter and more formal”)

    2. Select “Generate” - the text box will update with the prompted revision

Using the AI Tool

  1. Click on a text box on the canvas or in the Layers panel

  2. Select the AI tool from the toolbar

  3. Ensure “Text” is selected in the tool window

  4. Type in your prompt and describe how you want to revise the text (ex. “make this shorter and more formal”)

  5. Select “Generate” - the text box will update with the prompted revision

How to Create Images with AI

  1. Select the AI tool from the toolbar

  2. Ensure “Images” is selected in the tool window

  3. Type in your prompt and describe what you want to create (ex. “New York City skyline”), the more descriptive you are with your prompt, the better the result!

  4. Select the image aspect ratio

  5. Select “Generate” - 4 images will initially be generated. You can select “Load more” for more images

  6. Click on the image you want to use, then drag and drop the image onto the canvas

Note: You can save any text boxes or images you generate to the Asset Library!
