Did you know that you can drop your Drift chat widgets right into your experiences? By embedding Drift into an experience, you can connect and engage with those viewing your Ceros content, and it’s easy! Here’s how you can do it:
Embed Drift Widgets in Ceros
Log into your Drift account. Within your Drift Widget settings, scroll down to view the options to Install the widget, click on Javascript, and copy the embed code.
Now, navigate to the Ceros Admin and open the Studio with the experience you would like to drop the Widget into.
In the Settings panel, navigate to the Custom HTML tab, and paste the embed code into that window.
Click OK and then Publish or Update the experience. Now, if you navigate to the standalone URL for your experience, you’ll see the Drift Widget.
