Navigating Your Workspace

Our mission is to simplify the feedback loop to make your workflows as easy and efficient as possible. However, there are a few key things to note that will help you get the most out of using MarkUp.io!

Creating a MarkUp

You are able to upload content either by entering a website URL or uploading a file (we support over 30 different file types!)

Workspace

Your Workspace is your home page where you can organize your MarkUps. Within this dashboard, you can create Folders or MarkUps to collaborate on!

Team

The Team tab is where you can invite and manage your Members and Guests to collaborate in MarkUp.io. You can also manage which Guests you have invited to MarkUp.io. Guest access can be used to collaborate with external individuals who need to be a part of the feedback process, such as clients. You can remove Guests at any point, or once you have completed the project from this tab!

Settings

Here you can manage your Workspace settings such as name, URL & Workspace avatar so you can easily identify the Workspace. You can also delete the Workspace from here if required. If you need to look at which of the Markup.io plans you are on or any usage and billing information, you can switch to the billing tab and check out the details here.

Inviting Members

Click the ‘Invite’ button on the left-hand side of your Workspace if you want to add Members of your team. Simply enter their email and they will be invited to collaborate!

Folders

If you have a Pro or Enterprise account, you can organize your MarkUps by Folders. You have access to unlimited Folders and Subfolders up to 5 layers deep! By using Folders, you can organize your MarkUps by team, stage, or client.
